Free Web Desgin Editor?

id like to know if theres a free web desgin editor i can use thats actually better of the free programs out there? id like a drag & drop method also something so im able to see & edit raw code.

I have only used Microsoft frontpage that comes in a Office suite. Its good for HTML editing.
I searched Google and found this http://www.coffeecup.com/free-editor/
I don't whether it has drag and drop facility or not but coffeecup is a well known company.

I think the best free web design editor is Dreamweaver.

As a 'free' dreamweaver you can use NVU. I personally need just the code editor so I use Crimson Editor. it's free and pretty nice to use.

Dreaweaver is the best and free web design editor. Dreamweaver helps the designer in selecting perfect color combination system for the web design. We can upload automatically as soon as the file is save.

I think Dreamweaver is the best so far..
But other free web editors that I know are NetBeans and Bluefish.

I Advise you to use Dreamweaver but If you want to free editor so these three are the best.
1. Komodo Edit.
2. Aptana Studio.
3. NetBeans

I think one of the best web editor is the Dreamweaver and it is also very easy to use.
Still some others do exist like:-
-NetBeans
-HTML-Kit
-Bluefish
and some CMS like Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress, etc.
