I am planning to sell my pr 6 site, related to site review. Webmaster and site owners may write a review of their site and post at this site. Rigth now the traffic is not that high yet only averaging 40 unique a day and earnings not worth to mentioned yet.

New owner of the site may sell site wide link using wordpress blogroll.

What is the pr6 for??? I mean keywords etc.. If it was a pr6 using content related to "Blog" or a popular topic like that it would increase the value...

Also can you tell me how old the site is and how you have promoted it in the past???

I have had my eyes open for a decent blog with high pr ton use as an outlet for other sites and I would be willing to bid but I am just not sure right niw. I am not trying to pick apart your sale or anything. It is just a high price for me to bid unless I know all the facts....
