You are buying this site mainly for the established affiliate base. I just redid the site to add the ebay links. I rarely used the site itself and didn't promote it since I had such a strong affiliate following and stats/traffic was incidental to me. If you know the dollar value of affiliates, you'll want to buy this now! Whenever I list sites, they sell FAST in 95% of the time. Don't delay! I'm up 24/7!
The website runs itself and shouldnt need ANY maintenance or updating unless you want to. Buyer will be responsible to do any changes as desired. The site was specifically designed for SEO.
