I am the original creator of the Flash Game Database with Description, as a value added service:

I am giving the database away in trade of the following:
1. FREE: If you can find any seller selling it illegally (URL of post, domain, etc)
OR
2. TRADE: Please check this thread (N$ Trade )
I have never sell the reseller right to my database, so anyone selling the database after 27 Feb 2006 (as per my original post in DP Forum above), is doing it illegally. Some might have done it un-intentionally (cheated by someone else to purchase the resell right), but I think most know that they dont have right o sell/resell it.
