Free Programming Language Video Tutorials?

I'm interested to know, where i can get programming flash/video tutorials online for free? Is there any site which provide such tutorial?

I want to learn C#,JSP,XML etc..

Check youtube also...alot of people do screencap tutorials and put them up there.
