Loors - looks like a typo for floors and loor has an ovt of 155, so ~ low $xxx

SurfTest - there is nothing in this name that interests me as a reseller than its age ~ low $xxx

creditcard-finder.com - has a hyphen,value depends on development. some nice extensions for unhyphenated version are well established ~ $1xx

roaded.com - 0 search potential, but i can see value at high $xxx, Brandable for sites with maps, gps navigation etc.

Networkpeak.com - there are couple of nice sites with those Keywords. ~ low $xxx

Wordbuyer.com - ill like it more for a ppc kind of site than domains.Needs development to make decent $$ ~ low $xx

Best of these potentially is websitetips.info IMHO, but I reckon it needs developing. Wordbuyer potentially useful also. I agree with raja on loors.com and roaded.com. Not overly keen on the others to be honest.
