Free or cheap /easy logo maker??

Hey guys,
so I'm looking for a easy way to make logos for free. I don"t mind paying for logo software if it's cheap, good and easy to use.
Does any one have some recommendations?

readability is bad. is it MXKC or MYKC?
you`re right with the chinese japanese style.
with oriental look I tend to indian bollywood style:

search google images for "oriental fonts" and send the designer a sample what you got in mind.
provide these guys with image samples and you`re done within 1-2 revisions.
