Very simple to use and set up on your blog.
You have full control on which blogs you want to exchange links with.

I would suggest asking when you're host will upgrade, or if they can move you to a server with PHP >=5.1. It's been out for quite a while, and PHP 5 has lots of nice improvements over PHP 4.

You're in luck.

This has been requested quite a lot so I went ahead and recoded the entire plugin to be backwards compatible.

Should work with WP 2.6 and PHP 4.3.0 now. I still recommend that you try to upgrade though.
