Free & Good Directories?

I know, it's almost contradictory, Free & Good.

I've been searching for a while and found a few directories that actually allow someone to list their site. The question is of course, how good are the Free directories - free in terms of FREE without Reciprocal Link!
Most of the big directories seem to charge an arm and leg for an annual submission...

List only Free directories! Free with reciprocal link and Free without reciprocal link.
