Dear NP users:

A couple of minutes ago I put together a *very* beta version of a bulk .eu domain checker which allows you to check up to 200 names at a time. As a result, it will only display the availible names.

is there a limit on the number of queries you can use? i keep getting temporary bans for exceeding 100 in one hour :td:

:hi:There is no limit (so no ban), and anyway it all goes through my ip.. just try it out and see :D

PS. The only limit is 200 domains per single check.. but you can just reload the page and start with more domains!

I am working on adding OVT + "google suggest" keyword checkers to enhance the search.

ovt would be awesome, and google count perhaps.

Also some indication of other tlds taken/available?

Those are the things I find myself checking if any pop up as available.

das.eu has no rate limit? That's weird because they both (whois.eu and das.eu) resolve to the same IP 195.234.53.192, maybe after the first couple crazy days the servers are no longer under heavy loads.

Yes, they may have the same IP, though one has to remember that standard WHOIS queries are done on port 43. Therefore the queries directed to das.eu at port 4343 are redirected to another server by a router, in my opinion.
