Revenue: Nearing half a dollar a day. Received $3 on a few random days. There is potential revenue success.

FREE? What's the catch?

I would like to see the NamePros Established Sites for Sale forum grow. There are a lot of talented users here on NamePros, but are neglecting the marketplace. Even more, there are a lot of users who I believe are not familiar with how to manage a growing website. This will be a fun opportunity to get newcomers into the marketplace.

Below, I have listed a few rules. If you agree to the terms, post in the thread explaining why you're interested, maybe a PM. I ask this in case more than one user is interested.

TERMS:

• You keep the site for a bit and attempt to increase revenue and traffic. This is not about reselling the site immediately for a quick profit. This is a learning experience. I strongly encourage you to post on the board and ask around for helps on ways to increase traffic, optimize revenue, etc. It'll be in your benefit down the road
• If you decide to sell your website, you must sell it on NamePros. Other marketplaces forbidden.

Some things the new owner can work on:

• Try to improve the site Alexa ranking.
• Try to improve the SEO.
• Improve revenue (explore other ad campaigns)
• Increase traffic (link trades, etc)

Again, these are all things people on the boards can help with. I'll also be available via PM and personal email. Ultimately, the site is yours, so you can really do what you want. Just thought I would throw out these ideas to get your mind started.

I will be posting more free established websites in the future. I hope we can start expanding the forum a bit.

ya, ill take it and wont sell it for while, it will be good to learn some SEO using a more main stream website because the one that i own is not very mainstream and hard to market

To give you all an update...

I received several replies for the site, although they were all replies from established users

Ultimately, I had hoped to give the site to a new comer of the forums / marketplace. I'm going to let this run for a day or two more, and hopefully spike the interest of some fresh faces

If no new members are interested, I will give it to one of the established users who I think will make the best use of it here on the boards. The purpose is to get the marketplace more active!
