The domain i am giving away is H-A-W-X.com - this domain is perfect for a website/community dedicated to the new game called H.A.W.X by Ubisoft.

The reason for giving away is that i am sketchy on the Trademarking around this and do not wish to get into any trouble. I believe Ubisoft has only trademarked H.A.W.X not H-A-W-X therefore there should be no problems. However, at my age this is territory i do not wish to step into. I have tried contacting Ubisoft but the emails are never received.

Please only take this domain if:
a.) You believe its legal.
b.) You are willing to talk with Ubisoft about it.
c.) You will develop a site not related to the game H.A.W.X or will develop a site related to H.A.W.X without intention of profit.
d.) IF YOU RECEIVE LEGAL TROUBLE I AM IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE.

I gather no one will take this but i don't know much about Trademarks and thourght i may as well offer it. It expires in just less than a year.

Free push to Moniker only. If no takers within 2 days i am dropping this domain.

Private Message, Yesterday, 03:51 PM Member 'seolinks' claimed the domain. I understand nastyrunner was at the same time but i am only pushing to Moniker so i chose seolinks.

Am awaiting his details... if he declines i will offer to you each in order of who posted first.
