I launched http://web2nam.es/ earlier this year and would appreciate if you checked it out.

It's a free domain-name suggestion service that does English-language stemming to find domains for your subject. It checks availability via nameserver lookups rather than WHOIS so your searches can't be hijacked by the registrar.
