i was in argentina so i want to buy a country domain like .com.ar
well this domain registration is free, only you need to be an argentinian citizen and thats all.
but if u search on internet about this country code domain u will see that reseller sell this domain, why if this is a free domain?

Well, in Ukraine we also have third level free domain registration, but many registrars charge money for it. But they actually charge for servuce not for domains. In Ukraine if you are experienced enough you can register a domain with your hand in relation with the nic admin. But ifyou just a user it is better go to a registrar which has automated system and good user support

u are right, .com.ru , .net.ru, .org.ru are free
u can register at www.dnsau.com

if a person want a domain name in argentina like name.com.ar, only has to ask and in 20 day will be done, very very easy.
U can do that by internet too, going to http://www.nic.ar
like i said u only need to be argentian citizen or has a company(little maybe) there, and u will have ur name.com.ar domain
im in peru now and name.com.pe is $240 bucks, i dont know why? peru is a poor country more than argentina.
