These are terrible appraisals IMO and a true waste of time and full of false hope.

If you don't own the domain being appraised and it's unregged, Netsol may snatch it, give its reputation for front-running.

I think they need to update their algorithm but I was amazed to find this free way of getting certified appraisal from Network Solutions.

They appraised AE6.com & D6X.com for $25,000+ as well.

though the appraisals are totally useless, can\t believe they have the impudence to ask $19 for this...

I personally find the domain appraisal service of http://www.dnscoop.com to be more accurate and trustworthy. They consider a lot of things before giving an automated estimate. They consider domain age, alexa rank, page rank, number of incoming links etc while calculating the appraisal and in most cases they under-estimate the value of a website or domain however I'd personally recommend to multiply their estimate with 2 to get a more realistic value of your domain/site.
