One reason people aren't qualifying is they're putting down Firefox as their browser.. try entering IE and try again.

I would suspect they do call as they want to follow up and see how you liked their service. Whether you use your correct phone number or not is up to you.. you can also sign up for a free voicemail number online and use that for these types of offers.

I don't think anyone has received their card yet as it takes 4 weeks for delivery and the promotion is still quite new.
