Frameset - looping flash

Hi

I have a problem with embeding a flash file in an HTML frameset. I have placed an .swf file into an HTML file and then placed that HTML file into a frameset. On a mac it all plays fine but on a PC the flash file will not go any further than the first scene and just loops.
It works fine on both mac and pc when it is just in an HTML file but it's when it is placed into a frameset that it loops on the pc.

hmmmmmmm not sure why that is, does the flash file have any targets init?
