This is an excellent domain:
- generic .com French domain (means notary fees)
- strong monetization in this field (real estate)
- high ovt results: 4844/month

The website contains a few static html pages. It is doing well, but it can be much improve, because I do not manage it:
- about 2000 unique per month (stats here: rencontres.net/fraisdenotaire.zip), the traffic comes mostly from Google, with the keywords "frais de notaire".
- about 100 euros/month (more than 80% with adsense, stats here: rencontres.net/fraisdenotaire.zip, ordinateurportable.com/fraisdenotaire.zip)

I've got many more websites on sale (around €200), but most of them have very little traffic & revenues. Please mp for more details.

the site has been sold yesterday, but the buyer dropped out a few hours after I've accepted his offer!
the highest offer received until now is EUR 1100.
bin lowered to EUR 1900 for a quick sale.
end of the auction is wednesday 19th, 10 PM Paris/Madrid Time.
