Forwarding domains to Brandroot in GD

I have an approved domain that I need to forward to Brandroot [it's my first one with them].
In GD's, in domains Settings tab I have forwarding done already [did that 3 days ago].
But somehow it still doesn't go to BR [forwarding was done to http://www.brandroot.com/names/......].
When I put domain in address bar it still shows GD plus when in BR their system doesn't see it as well.
Do I need to change/do something in DNS ZONE File? Would appreciate any advice/help.

Clear your browser cache, or check on another device .. Maybe post the domain and we can check

Did you make sure that the nameservers point to GD? (it shouldn't let you forward otherwise but just checking)

It definitely doesn't go to BR - have checked on a clean browser instance, it still goes to a parking page with GD [also I got a reply on my help ticket from Michael Rader that it didn't got to BR as well]. So that's 200% - the only thing, I can't understand why and don't know what else I can do.

P.S. Yea, they point to GDs NSs - I see GDs Parking page.

If DNS wasn't set to default and you set it to forward then DNS reverts to default GD servers and they will take 24-48hours to resolve, once resolved the forwarding will work.

I make forwarding with GD everyday either to BB or my personal marketplace and it usually takes less than a minute to be working.

I would delete your forward and redo it.

Thanks iAchilles. You can't forward without having default NSs, so that was the first thing I did. Plus I put forwarding 5 days ago. It 301 and forwarding only. And it doesn't work. The thing is - am not sure where's the prob - with GD or BR.

That rules out that theory if it has been 5 days. I would do as @DoumB21 suggested, I've never experienced any hassle setting up forwarding. If it's still showing up as the GD parked page then the issue is definitely on the GD side.

When you type your domain name as URL if you see it being forwarded to the BR link than you know its a BR issue. If its not forwarded and stays on your domain name, than it is a GD problem.

"Set Nameservers" make sure it is the standard GD servers.

Thanks guys. Nameservers are standard GD servers. I've just deleted it and created the same forwarding again. Doubt it will help but better than not doing anything. Do you guys ever touch DNS ZONE File tab? May be have to do something there?

With my domains, I either do a forward or I change the Nameservers when I am parking the domain on Bodis.

I never played with the DNS Zone.

Your idea did solve it [and I actually doubted it]. Never doubt smart people [that's what my granddad used to say]. He was right.
All good now.
Solution: if/when forwarding doesn't work - delete it and redo it. Then wait 5 mins.

It happened to me a few times in the past that I had to delete/redo that is why I thought it could work for you.
