I'd vote for a blog. It's actually better than a forum if you got lot's of comments, it's like having a forum for a conversation.

forums work great for generating traffic... Blogs are great as well so I'd have to say both are great

I don't care to be honest. Most of my sites contain forums, one of them is just a community forum. I used Wordpress at one point for Glitches Exposed but not for making money, I used it since it can be used as a CMS, in a sence lol.

Both still require activeness and both, IMO, can earn just as much money as the other but in an entirely different way. The different with blogs is generally, people can only post comments on your blog (I did want a feature on my site for people to have their own though) whilst on forums people can post whole new threads.

I think both Forums and blog is a good way in driving traffic just that u need to do it the right way =)

I have to say forum is great but needs more time devotion and fund, article writing helps if you have latest articles that attract more visitors for more visibility.

Forums and blogs are a good source of traffic and back links as well.
