I believe it's still in beta-testing, so not officially available yet. However, you can post in PTS area and ask for -RJ-, I'm sure he'll arrange something for you.

Yes, Forum Sponsorships are now available. With a Forum Sponsorship, your logo and static text ad will be placed on every page within a specific forum.

So far, PolurNet has sponsored the Web Hosting Discussion forum.
