The artwork looks nice but usability and the technology is lacking. Why such an elaborate and memory intensive background if it gets covered up by the forum anyway?

^ my thought exactly, the skinning is still lacking as you can tell its 100% phpBB...try modifying the templates and not just the css.

I think it's a bit unprofessional, the header part especially. You have a weird image there and that description text in the left of it is totally unprofessional. Try having a header similar to www.antolage.com/forums/. I mean a header that will fit the forum and will be part of the design.
