CSS problem with IE and Firefox

IE and Firefox seem to be completely ignoring my css height:25px; rule - look at this page to see what I mean.

Any suggestions? I just can't figure out why 2 major browsers are just ignoring my css rule...

That is weird. Its working perfectly in firefox now...

Anyway, look at it in IE - the colum headers are huge.
