Both, of course , but if you really only want 1, see which sounds better to the ear with your first keyword(s), and use that one as your primary, :imho:

Go singular, and get the plural if you can. If plural is only choice, that works too. I recently sold TorrentForums.com TorrentForum.com would've been worth 5x the amount, but the plural was still a great name.
i think with most of the names "forums" sounds better like domainforums sounds much better than domainforum.com although its upto you.People get used to forum & forums both when they use it.
Forum for a Forum, Forums for a Directory of Forums, but for less then $20 I'd get both if avail. and I had dev. plans. For resale Forum seems to be the better, more sought after choice.
Wow, lol, you should have started a poll I say Forum. "Forum" is a collection of boards, which are a collection of topics, which are a collection of posts. "Forums" are several forums.
I'd agree...I think "forum" sounds better...I think it suggests unity or something :p
And as others suggested, it wouldnt be a bad idea to go ahead and buy both of them...then point the one you arent using to the actual site.....you could potentially lose visitors otherwise
