negotiable Forum domain - was used

i got the domain www.newsplace.net up for grabs.
I had developed a site on it and was getting traffic to it, but dropped the site for a reason. It used to be a news forum with a few hundred posts.

Domain may still be getting traffic, and might have sites already linking to it.

I never got around to redeveloping it so its for grabs again. Registered at namecheap.

First to post sold gets it for $10.
