FORUM designer needed

start a forum but have no idea how to go about it.

how does one create a forum web page/layout like namepros?
looking for some kind soul to help out.

how do i start? from the very beginning.what do i do?

basics 101.

1. learn PHP
2. open at....page
3. fill in fields at..
4. change fields at...add on
   [/list=1]
   
   somthing like this!! probably need a lot of your
   time!!! if you can spare it.

hey i think the first thing is to get the software then learn to operate that then look into skins then into mods then into making your own brand of forums. dont forget to get members along the way

i also have some sort of mySQL/php on my c/panel and
have been fiddling with the phpadmin but no go.

downloaded free skins.but have not uploaded it.
and PHP faq/manuals but totally
