The names aren't connected with any site at the moment and haven't been parked.

IMO the domain will have more appeal to KY-based security firms... possibly a safe manufacturer or a similar industry. 3 keywords, a bit long but meaningful. Still an interesting domain. I would gear for $750.
I think the .co.uk is worth considerably less. Of course most Brits would know what Fort Knox is but there is no obvious connection with the UK.
