I'm selling a site that used to be and forwards to a different site on Alexa ranked 52,945:

I've only recently required this domain so I'm not sure of the traffic. By searching google I think that it gets most of its traffic because it used to be in a widely sent spam e-mail.
Leapfish.com gives the site a $360 dollar appraisal:

I'm selling it for a discount of that price, $250
