I don't care who buy them. I will sell domain even to customers from Zimbabwe Yesterday I sold domain to Netherlands and what? Forex.ru price I think in low-mid $xx.xxx region I think

Im from UK and would rather own Forex.ru or Forex.de.
Forex.name doesnt work for me and doesnt suit the extension. Having said that, it is a highly searched term, so the best thing you probably could do it develop it and focus on the main keyword.

Without development, probably reg fee - low $xx, you might find a buyer willing to pay more, but I wouldn't count on it.

Thanks for your opinions. But I think that the price of the domain with the great keyword which is busy in ALL (all countries zones...etc - you can check it yourself) zones is more than your expectations... Will look for the end-user at sedo I think...
