I was planning to map out foreclosures using the googlemaps api... pretty cool concept no one is doing yet.

Nice idea. I don't have the tech skills to do that - I have to sub-out all web design stuff anyway. How hard is it to do that with the Google maps? I'm assuming it's extremely intense if you wanted to do all million or so foreclosures on a monthly basis.

Not sure what it would entail. As long as the database could be updated easily mapping it out shouldn't be a problem. If they can integrate craigslist with google maps I'm sure this wouldn't be too hard.

Do you have access to the foreclosures database? If so, maybe I can have this developed using my programming resources. This site could take off like wild fire I think. I know when I do foreclosure research I get the address then plug them into google earth anyway as I'm sure many others do.
