Hey guys. I am selling text links on MadBum.com. The site is a PR4 and the traffic is growing daily (it has only been back up for three days after three weeks of downtime and it already gets a couple hundred uniques/day). Since the traffic is still growing I cannot charge for future growth, so the first month would only be $5 for a sitewide text link on the right sidebar.
