Hi Jay28,

Thanks for your questions. The site is connected through a Voip company who agreed that the site could use their free calls service for these countries on the condition that the links for purchasing credits when no free time is left or if users wish to call a non free country is left on so they receive their money for this. There is no script that needs a license and the only fees are hosting the actual website (not the calls) which hardly uses anything at all as you can see in the stats.
