Legal question

What is the legality of running these processors in the US, UK, Australia, etc?

Do you need a securities licence, or have some form of finance company accreditation?

I have several sites that get big sales in small units (US$2 - $3). Needless to say, I am working for Paypal if you work out their pecentage of my sales.

Tell me how I can use your payment processor site to save me money.

Also, is it a credidable script with encryption to prevent fraud and have you had many instances of fraud, not that I would be worried too much about the occassional fraud with my small unit costs.

Hi,

I have'nt ran these site's before, these site's can be ran with a secure certificate but you dont really need one because for a customer to deposit money in there account they need to go through a secure payment page like 2checkout, the script is php and it use's mysql with encryption i think, it is best to set something up with your bank, so you can accept credit cards, but i dont know how to encorparate that into the script.

You set your own percentages of how much you charge for withdrawls, deposits and send money
