I am an experienced web designer that has won an award for First Place in the state of TN for Desktop Publishing, and I am looking for work!

I charge extremely reasonable rates, as of now I will accept $8 per hour. Why? I am strapped for cash. This work includes ALL HTML/PSD/minor PHP or pre-made PHP/CGI/Java/etc. scripts.
