Dear Sir / Madam,
We are currently in the process of designing a web site for the fans of Bristol City Football Club. We plan for the site to contain lots of information, for example, results and fixtures, match previews / reports, statistics, etc, etc. As well as this we would like to have a virtual 3d tour of Ashton Gate, however this will cost us a small amount of money, there are also other aspects of the site that would again need to a small amount of money to make possible.
To enable the site to be a success we also need to be able to promote it within local press, sports papers, and match day programmes. Again this would cost us money.
We are writing to you to ask for any donations that you are able to contribute, to make this possible. In return we would advertise your company on the web site, and within any press that we are able to publish in.
We hope to hear from you in the future with news of any possible donations you are able to make. Again thanks for taking the time to read this post, and for considering our request.
