It has a PR of 5, was registered in 1999, and has a few backlinks.
(I also got foom.org chucked in for free - which is also a PR5)

come on guys, do you really think Staff meant to show that he doesn't appreciate the appraisals? Both he and you know that appraisals here are reseller prices, not end users.

And give him credit for the sale too. How many of us would've jumped if we were offered $8000 for it? Negotiation is an art, and turning $200 into $21,000 is no small deal.
