Font installation - WindowsXP - favour needed

I have windows xp and to install a font all i do is click and drrag the TTF file to the fonts directory, this has never failed me before untill I got the Dolphins font.

I have downloaded the dolphins font from two places, one being fontfreak just here .

Is it just my pc or is this font actually damaged? can a few people please download the font for me and tell me if it works for you or not please!!

I have XP pro and I got "dolphins.ttf not a valid font file"
