Would love to know people's thoughts on this one -

Flyinq/com

That's a letter Q at the end.

I think it could make a great travel related brand. I notice bookinq/com has had 22 bids, so I thought it would be worth a punt.

I'm thinking that perhaps the tick on the end of the letter q (lower case) could be the contrail of an aircraft, perhaps with a plane flying up and away from the word.


Just for some background info, 'Flights' gets 1.8 million exact monthly global matches, bookings gets 74,000. I think it would make a great flight-related brand.

I've taken the following other extensions, so I could offer it as a brand opportunity -

.co.uk, net, org, mobi, info, .us

Anybody any ideas on value?

I still think it would have some value but wait for the pros to answer...I wouldn't be trying to appraise it based on words that aren't in the title unless it is developed

Yes, I do agree with you. I see what you are saying.

I suppose I was just trying to illustrate that bookinq (with a Q) is proving popular with 22 offers and I felt that flyinq (with a Q) is potentially a better name, if developed into a brand.


I may well be wrong though, so it's great to be able to get the appraisal from people with more experience.
