question Floor price of LLLL .net AEIOUV

Hi all,

I know that the current floor price for LLLL .net CHIPs is about $350 but what about non CHIPs?

CP floor $2800
Any LLLL.com floor $350

Ratio 1/8 or 12.5%.

So, if LLLL.net CP is $350, then regular LLLL.net floor should be 12.5% x 350 = $44

If it is much lower than that, it could be viewed as opportunity for arbitrage.

You could also go speculative and say that 8 non-chip for chip is way too much and eventually the gap should close to 1/4 (just an example) and then you'd assume anything below $88 priced below fair value and due to adjustment eventually.

I can say Ive turned down bulk offers of $25 for non chips with patterns, right after the buyout. I haven't been actively trying to them sell them though.

If it has doubles or patterns.... The price is much higher based on offers Ive received. I have no opinion concerning random non chips, although it should be closer to at least 10% of chip imho.

Boker, I don't think it is about individual appraisals.
It is about floors based on if it is CP, QP, CP/QP or random.
Yours is a QP (quad premium or western premium) which at the moment would probably be slightly higher than random, but eventually could rise faster.

In China domain mareket,the price of premium 4L.net is about 2000RMB, like BJGT “Beijing steel北京钢铁”,other regular 4L.net is just about 100RMB.

The domains with double letters are worth more than what you paid. Yes its a question of when to sell. Some folks think the non-chip will rise but I think it won't hit a big number. I'd be happy if it hit above $50 before the end of the year. Other factors affecting LLLL.net prices (other options to invest). Its a question of timing and what you need.

Well am getting no luck here on NP auction based on the above mentioned prices. uuex - azyh - vejy - boih - are stopping at 8.5$ each its crazy when i just sold one at GD yesterday for $88. however my other auction at NP is $25 each so i dont understand whats wrong? is it bad bumping time or what?

I feel the same way regarding Chips. I sure don't see anyone here paying $350, the supposed "floor".

Why you assume NP should achieve the "floor" prices? People here are domain resellers mostly and they only buy if they see big upside. Selling here might mean going below "floor". Also remember that floors are usually set at auction sites which have better exposure to other groups of investors and also charge 10-20% from the sale price. So it is reasonable to expect that prices on NP would be 0-30% below comparables in most of the cases.
