Floating Over Javascript?

I was wondering if there was a javascript that would show like a google ad over a flash game like this: http://www.arcadecity.net/play-4595-Hungry_Mario.html


Basically i need like a google ad to appear over the game with a loading message and then dissapear after 4 seconds.

any help is greatly appreciated
