Yesterday I listed a domain on my flippa account which was created some weeks ago I think but I never used it until today.
I verified my email, phone number etc yesterday and listed the domain for auction.
I even bought upgrades worth 250$ and contacted flippa support for logo which was all done smoothly. Today I received an email stating my account has been banned for "multiple account" which I do not have. I actually stopped using flippa months ago because of this.
What happened:
I created my first flippa account about a year ago. It all went well. I even bought a domain which had no reserve , i was the only bidder at $1 . The guy then messaged me saying he doesn't want to sell the domain for $1 and he'll be at a loss. He opened a dispute which I was okay with. I didn't respond to the dispute and then they banned me.
I created 2 more flippa account, one after another but those too got banned in a few days. But this was all happened months back.
The flippa account I'm using now was created a few weeks ago but I never used it until now.
I expected better professionalism from Flippa. They should have atleast emailed me to verify my identity etc instead of just banning my account and suspending the auction.
