Hmmm, I don't seem to see any value in this IMO, but then again I seen some weird stuff selling for crazy price tags over the passed few months, that I would never thought would sell to begin with.

Yes this type of domains is called domain hack.

I think domain hacks are hard to value. You might try to sell it on Flippa since most domain hacks get a very attention there. I know both domains sho.es and juic.es were sold on Flippa.

get in touch with fix a flat ,or that type company, or Michelin or firestone or pepboys ,this should be an easy sell ,and you have endless endusers

A person tends to have only one flat at a time. Feels rough with hack the extension and plural. Try Apping up the value. Good Luck
