Flash logo conversion help...

hey... what is the best way to take a logo from photoshop onto flash and convert it to a vector?

if its simple, just import the jpg, then make a new layer, and draw over it, tracing it out.

hoping there was an easier way tho...

i have MX 2004... where you can import psd's now... what is the benefit of that? would it be helpful in this situation.?
