Flash header modification - small changes

I need the following changes done:

change the words 'gameportal' to my chosen words. Font and color is fine.
Change the words on the 6 colored buttons and point then to my chosen 6 URLs
Delete the sitemap icon and add my chosen URLs to the home, contact and register buttons.
Thats it!

Obviously I have the source file.....
