FLAC.ORG - Has established traffic, most from search engines, perhaps some from natural type-in traffic, as FLAC is a popular, lossless audio/music encoding format (like MP3, but without loss of sound quality).

Site averages between 200 and 477 uniques per day and has been rising over the past year. Has consistantly hit 200+ per day for almost the last year with no involvement in promotion or linking in on my part. As you can see, in the "Referrrers" section of webstats, almost all traffic comes from various search engine queries for this popular 'flac' term.
While I am not selling this as a developed web site, you are free to use the site text contents (such as the FAQ page that I started) for starting your own site, just not the main page layout as it is licensed to me from a developer and can't be sold to anyone. I never got around to finishing this site, just put this bare-bones informational up over a year ago and have let it run on autopilot, without any attempts at promotion or monetization. Could be likely optimized for SEO and traffic monetization better.
No traffic is guaranteed, as you will need to put up a site to keep its high ranking in the search engines.
