Hum, its up to you but a lot of people here wouldn't touch this domain because if Microsoft decide they want it they will have it, there's no argument about it. And there's always a chance they will want damage fee's or what ever there calling it :P

So to appraise idd say $0

Which is a lot better than some of the -$ people will give here

This is trademarked domain. To say otherwise is just being in denial. Microsoft is a trademark. Namewaiter listed what would have been a good domain vs. a trademarked domain.

Now I believe I read something about having a domain like Microsoftsucks.com being protected because of free speech, but even then it's iffy and the company can still come after you.

I've just seen that you have it for sale on EBay for $200 displaying the Windows Logo.

There are 3 aspects they have to prove in a dispute.

1) Is the domain confusingly similar ( Proved. Your name contains their trademark )

2) Do you have a legitimate interest in the name ( Unless you are licensed by Microsoft then you don't )

3) Bad faith ( Proved, you are trying to sell it )
