UDRP Five Swedish guys beat Five Guys via the UDRP process!

Five guys from Sweden working in the IT business registered the domain FiveGuys.se in 2011. The American food chain Five Guys Holdings, Inc., filed a UDRP to get the domain, noting that by “2013” they were already known in the region.
