Picked this guy up a little while ago, what do you all think?

Too busy to develop into full store, but as far as a brandable name AND SEO I am not sure it can be beat?

I honestly see no value. The name doesn't make sense and is also not brandable, in my eyes it just looks like bad english. The grammatically correct phrase is "fishing tackle."
