Reg. fee, IMO from a reseller point of view. Your best bet would be to develop it into a fishing forum and then try to sell it. Good Luck.

i am going to develop it but i am stuck with the question where am i going to focous on i live in canada and there is a alot of fishing here but then i want to have american fishing topics as well and then even international but i dont want to have forum with 1000 different empty topics

Take my advice, since I've been running a similar social community for almost 1 and 1/2 years: Niche fishing forum is the way to go, or at least the way to start. It is much easier to get a niche targeted community off the ground than a general interest one. You can always expand a growing community with a good foundation. Working on a niche group would make growth a lot faster, and when you have attained a good spot, that would be a good time to expand. General forums are extremely hard to maintain. The only thing I can say is work on getting content, treat every new member like your only member, and advertise everywhere.

Big competition out there for fishing style online communities. I frequent many, being a very avid flyfisher, and have noticed a continuing pattern with new fishing forums.... they fail. Hard to get steady consistant traffic with people willing to post useful information driving your forum members back.
