may be, but there can also be fishnchips, plus the other extensions besides .co.uk, plus having to explain that the their website spells with "an" instead of "and"comn there are millions of fish and chips restaurants in the UK , what would you name your new restaurant ? Dont you think it is a cool name for a new restaurant ?
So takes the short version of fishandchips.co.uk which is a site running.
And wants to make something?
Or retire on selling the domain for big bucks?
Nope, value is zip, no matter how much you like it and how you just love the an instead of and and the fact that you are trying to sponge off the above domain and site.
I am not trying to sponge off the above domain , fish and chips is a meal not a trademark , i would love to have "and" but i couldn't so i settled for "an" which how we pronounce it anyway , it is just an idea for a domain name . Another thing the mentioned site uses "n" instead of "an" .
I am based in the UK and actually live near and fish and chip shop but in all seriousness most of fish and chip shops get almost 99 percent of their visitors offline (Locals). Only time someone goes on-line to type "fish and chips" is to locate the nearest shop. This is not like Chinese or indian food where you can even order on-line ? These style of chips get so cold and soggy fast and you really do not want to get a cold cod.
There is a reason why competition for the keywords "fish and chips is low" your domain has 28 exacts even if you can get all 28 people to travel across the uk to your shop at $6 a meal do you think it is worth it?
or maybe you will like the chip guy to pay for branding and Google advertising?
Yes the internet is a great platform but a lot of business still do great without the net so try convincing the guy at the chippy to spend his hard earn cash on a chippy website, chippy branding and chippy adwords he did tell you to go fly a kite.
My opinion only
